U\u017e dlouho si pohr\u00e1v\u00e1m s my\u0161lenkou si ud\u011blat takovou pokusnou s\u00e9rii mal\u00fdch v\u011btrn\u00fdch turb\u00edn &#8211; no, vzhledem k rozm\u011br\u016fm by to sp\u00ed\u0161e m\u011blo b\u00fdt naz\u00fdv\u00e1no turb\u00ednkami. A\u017e do te\u010f jsem se do toho nepustil, proto\u017ee jsem nem\u011bl rozumn\u00fd zp\u016fsob, jak mnou navr\u017eenou a spo\u010d\u00edtanou turb\u00ednu relativn\u011b jednodu\u0161e vyrobit. Tady nejde \u00fapln\u011b o v\u00fdrobu jedn\u00e9 turb\u00edny &#8211; p\u0159edpokl\u00e1d\u00e1m, \u017ee jich budu muset vyrobit v\u00edce variant, n\u011bco p\u0159ed\u011blat, upravit, vylep\u0161it &#8230; Nav\u00edc c\u00edlov\u00fd po\u010det zapojen\u00fdch testovac\u00edch turb\u00edn je 5, tak\u017ee re\u00e1ln\u011b budu muset vyrobit 6-10 turb\u00edn, kdy\u017e to p\u016fjde dob\u0159e ;-).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><em>P\u0159edem chci upozornit, \u017ee v tomto \u010dl\u00e1nku u\u017e nebudu rozepisovat detaily procesu 3D tisku &#8211; ty jsem se sna\u017eil popsat v prvn\u00edm sv\u00e9m \u010dl\u00e1nku <em>o t\u00e9to technologii<\/em><\/em> <em>v\u011bnovan\u00e9m <a href=\"https:\/\/martyho.net\/index.php\/2021\/03\/07\/jak-se-da-promenit-logo-na-nausnice\/\" data-type=\"post\" data-id=\"2891\">v\u00fdrob\u011b n\u00e1u\u0161nic<\/a>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeliko\u017e se nach\u00e1z\u00edm na m\u00edst\u011b, kde fouk\u00e1 velmi m\u00e1lo, nem\u00e1m ambice se sna\u017eit vytvo\u0159it n\u011bjakou v\u011btrnou farmu, kter\u00e9 bez v\u011btru bude d\u011blat energii pro cel\u00fd d\u016fm. Sp\u00ed\u0161e by m\u011blo j\u00edt o n\u011bjak\u00fd test, jestli je mo\u017eno doplnit nap\u0159. fotovoltaiku pro n\u00edzk\u00e9 nap\u011bt\u00ed i o druh\u00fd zdroj energie. Vzhledem k charakteru podm\u00ednek tak\u00e9 vol\u00edm odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00ed typ turb\u00edny &#8211; na prvn\u00ed pokus jsem si zvolil variantu <a href=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Savoniova_turb%C3%ADna\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/cs.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Savoniova_turb%C3%ADna\">Savoniova rotoru<\/a>, a spo\u010d\u00edtal jsem jej\u00ed rozm\u011bry tak, aby fungovala u\u017e p\u0159i rychlosti v\u011btru kolem 3m\/s (samoz\u0159ejm\u011b s v\u00fdkonem odpov\u00eddaj\u00edc\u00edm jej\u00ed velikosti&#8230; tak\u017ee mal\u00fdm).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeliko\u017e m\u00e1m k dispozici omezen\u00e9 technick\u00e9 vybaven\u00ed, u\u017e pro n\u00e1vrhu\/po\u010d\u00edt\u00e1n\u00ed\/modelov\u00e1n\u00ed jsem ho zohlednil a navrhnul jsem turb\u00ednu poskl\u00e1dat z v\u00edce modul\u016f, kter\u00e9 pak budu moci vytisknout na 3D tisk\u00e1rn\u011b a slo\u017eit (resp. slepit) dohromady.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure v\u011btru a ona se mohla to\u010dit. Nejsem sice expert na 3D tisk, ale mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee bez pomoci kovu se v tomto p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b neobejdeme &#8211; \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 ulo\u017een\u00ed h\u0159\u00eddele p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 z plastu nebude m\u00edt tak mal\u00fd odpor. Zkusmo jsem si \u0159ekl, \u017ee osi\u010dku vysoustru\u017e\u00edm z 10mm kulatiny (jo, je trochu orezl\u00e1, ale to na prvn\u00ed pokus nevad\u00ed), osad\u00edm tam dv\u011b lo\u017eiska 609 (j\u00e1 m\u011bl doma variantu 609-2RS s oboustrann\u00fdm zakrytov\u00e1n\u00edm, ale kryty odstran\u00edm, abych sn\u00ed\u017eil t\u0159ec\u00ed s\u00edly). Jeliko\u017e jde jen o prvn\u00ed pokus, kter\u00fd se pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b d\u00e1le ani nepou\u017eije (kdy\u017e nepo\u010d\u00edt\u00e1m vyu\u017eit\u00ed na pla\u0161en\u00ed strakapouda, aby nekloval do fas\u00e1dy), ud\u011bl\u00e1m to co nejrychleji &#8211; tak\u017ee p\u0159ijde na \u0159adu trocha truhla\u0159iny. M\u011bl jsem tu pruh dvou slepen\u00fdch 15mm p\u0159ekli\u017eek, cca 5cm x 50cm, ale to m\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161ku jen 30mm a to nebude sta\u010dit &#8211; vzd\u00e1lenost lo\u017eisek by byla p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 mal\u00e1 na v\u00fd\u0161ku turb\u00edny &#8211; p\u016fsobily by tam p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e9 s\u00edly, a tak jsem nalepil na konce je\u0161t\u011b po dvou \u010dtvere\u010dk\u00e1ch, abych doc\u00edlil v\u00fd\u0161ku 60mm (jo, jo &#8230; moc jsem nedbal na to, aby to na sebe p\u0159esn\u011b sed\u011blo &#8211; vzal jsem jen n\u011bjak\u00e9 zbytky a nebyly \u00fapln\u011b stejn\u00e9). Nic moc, ale tohle by u\u017e snad mohlo sta\u010dit. Jen\u017ee ouha &#8211; myslel jsem si, \u017ee to rychle vyvrt\u00e1m, ale lo\u017eisko m\u00e1 24mm pr\u016fm\u011br, a to je asi jedin\u00fd vrt\u00e1k, kter\u00fd doma nem\u00e1m. Pak zespodu vlo\u017eit osu a nalisovat spodn\u00ed lo\u017eisko, takt\u00e9\u017e zbaven\u00e9 kryc\u00edho plastu.
